the well-being of women (children) and displaced veterans affected by homelessness.

This transitional plan is to provide a safe, temporary, yet stable environment for young homeless women(children) and displaced veterans. We will provide housing and appropriate services to empower them to achieve success in their transition to self-sufficient living.

Transitional housing typically describes a community program that provides temporary housing for homeless individuals until they can find permanent solutions. FFF will offer a variety of services including direction with employment, mental health resources, banking, educational support and any other area that can help them get back on their feet. Many individuals who use transitional housing are escaping situations such as domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, chronic homelessness, and a small percentage are runaways. There are also individuals who are caught in medical crisis, have mental health challenges, including teenage pregnancies. We will ensure that we hold ourselves accountable to the highest standards by meeting all the required and necessary needs of our community.
